The Divorce Diary is a guided journal created to support you through that journey.
Through thoughtful prompts, reflection exercises, and gentle activities, this journal gives you space to process your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
Divided into five chapters, it takes you on a journey through the different stages of navigating an ending and finding your way forward.
THE END: A space to acknowledge what has ended, process your feelings, and begin making sense of this new chapter.
THE IN-BETWEEN: For the uncertain, messy, and sometimes uncomfortable space between the life you knew and the life you’re learning to navigate.
RECONNECTION WITH SELF: An invitation to turn inward, rediscover who you are beyond your relationship, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost along the way.
REDEFINING LOVE: A space to reflect on your experiences, explore what love means to you now, and consider what you want your future relationships to look and feel like.
BECOMING HER: A gentle reminder that this ending doesn’t define your future. Begin exploring who you want to become, the life you want to create, and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Each chapter offers an opportunity to slow down, put your thoughts into words, and give yourself the space to feel, reflect, and grow.
There is no timeline for healing, no right way to navigate this season, and no pressure to have everything figured out.
Some days, you’ll have the words. Other days, you might simply need a moment to pause. This journal meets you wherever you are.
Because while you may not have chosen every part of this chapter, you can begin choosing what comes next.
You are allowed to grieve the life you thought you’d have while making room for the life you can still create.
This is your space to let go, find yourself again, and begin writing a new story.
