Hi, im Laura

The woman behind Moon & Meadow.

For a long time, I thought becoming meant figuring out exactly who I was supposed to be. Now, I think it’s much more about coming home to yourself.

Moon & Meadow was born from that idea. From my own seasons of change, motherhood, divorce, starting over, figuring things out, losing parts of myself and slowly discovering new ones. From the realization that sometimes we don’t need another person telling us who to be. We just need a little space to pause, reflect, dream, feel, and listen to ourselves again.

So I created the things I wished I had during some of those seasons. Journals that feel like a safe place to land. Prompts that make you think a little deeper. Tools that help you get clear on what you want. And little reminders that growth doesn’t always look like having it all together. Sometimes it looks like beginning again. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like changing your mind. Sometimes it looks like choosing yourself in a way you never have before.

Why Moon & Meadow? The moon reminds me that we are cyclical. We change. We grow. We have seasons where we feel full and bright, and seasons where we need to retreat and begin again. The meadow reminds me that growth doesn’t have to be rushed. Things bloom when they’re ready. There is beauty in the in-between, in the wildness, and in allowing yourself room to grow. Together, they represent what I believe becoming really is: A constant unfolding.

Moon & Meadow is for the woman somewhere in the middle of it all. The mum who feels like she’s lost herself a little. The woman navigating a new chapter. The one rebuilding after heartbreak. The one dreaming about what’s next. The one who knows there’s more for her, but isn’t quite sure what that looks like yet.And the woman who simply wants to slow down and hear herself think again. You don’t have to have it all figured out.You don’t have to become someone completely new. You are allowed to grow, change, soften, begin again and become more you along the way.

So, wherever you are in your season…I’m really glad you’re here.
